Paddling Both Sides

An article in a Guardian magazing last weekend recommended that –

– to avoid paddling one side, try paddling over a short distance with your eyes closed.

Oh, yeah. It was an article on kayaking.

Please, Abel, do not try to paddle with your eyes closed. You won’t go much of a distance, anyway – though I might. Vertically.

Just think how much paddled thighs would hurt if an eyes-closed stroke went slightly astray…

I wonder… the large paddle with holes, or the authentic sorority paddle…?

Or a Kayak paddle.. though that might have a few small logistical problems…

A rowing coach would know that the stroke of an oar or paddle must be accurately performed every single time….
