   Why is that Santa cross? Because he’s only got one arm?

   Um, that’s a really scary Father Christmas. I’m traumatised now. I think I’m going to go back to watching Santa Claus the Movie, with the nice Father Christmas, thank you all the same.

   This is poignant. Having been a little naughty myself, I suggested that it wasn’t the right time of year for punishment. It was a time for love and charity. I was reminded that Santa left coal in the stockings of naughty girls and boys in some countries, and even whipped naughty ones, whilst leaving presents for good ones. I pretty much saw that as a joke until I took a look at YOUR Santa, and realized that it wasn’t a joke at all!!
