Abel's spanking blog & stories
In a meeting the other day, the Human Resources expert presented a clever psychometric tool to profile candidates applying for jobs within a programme I’m running. He displayed a slide showing various types of behaviour that are assessed by the process, and commented:
“Somebody would either be dominant or quite accepting. They might be very compliant, or not.”
Needless to say, I scribbled his comments down verbatim, once I’d picked myself off the floor.
I’m now looking forward to the recruitment process, and to meeting all these submissive, compliant young ladies. I’m so grateful to HR for doing the initial filtering for me.

I had a similar experience when a colleague told me I was good at “Dealing With Ambiguity” (one of those wonderful core skills that HR people always bang on about). Said colleague then proceeded to send me an extract from Wikipedia about those good at dealing with ambiguity vs. not. People who are less good at dealing with ambiguity: ” engage in a smaller variety of sexual practices than their more risk comfortable colleagues, a lower likelihood of the use of drugs, pornography and drink”. So as someone who is good with ambiguity, I should engage in a wider variety of sexual practices and look at more porn than my less “ambiguity tolerant” colleagues. Um, how did he know?!?

Well, by porn I mean this blog. Obviously I read nothing racier than this. I’m far too sweet and innocent for that.
