Try and tell me you’ve managed to avoid all the Royal Wedding hysteria. Not even Abel, the world’s most dedicated anti-monarchist, has managed to hide himself away from the coverage, poor thing.

Anyway. Remember 1996? Remember how we first mooted the idea that Prince William might be a spanko? Back then, Abel wrote:

One of Diana’s qualifications for a royal marriage was supposedly that she could arrive at the altar in pristine virginal state. I’m given to wonder whether the same criteria are being applied to Prince William’s apparent beloved, Kate Middleton.

Miss Middleton is rather cute. If sex is not an option, the heir-to-the-heir-to- the-throne presumably has to find alternative ways of ‘entertaining’ her on their holidays together, without actually doing the deed that might debar her from a role as a future Queen.

Now I don’t want to start any scurrilous rumours, but I can’t therefore help but wonder whether spanking forms part of William’s must-not-have-sex repertoire?

Well, now that virginity isn’t an issue any more, are we thinking the spankings will continue? It would be a shame to stop now, wouldn’t it?

Well, I think Abel loved it really and the whole grumpy/ going to the gym during the wedding thing was a cover up.
    Ish.

I refuse to turn on the TV today. Even here, where we don’t even speak English, there’s this…yeah I think you said it right. Royal wedding hysteria.

Though I must admit…wondering what Kate (or is it now Princess Catherine?) looks like underneath her wedding dress, and whether she’s having trouble sitting…suddenly I’m interested :-)

She doesn’t actually get to be a princess, only a mere duchess

Funny you know, because when we inadvertently caught some of the footage (it seems there *was* no other news all of yesterday!), ‘im indoors remarked that the groom looked awful sheepish and seemed to be kowtowing to his new wife in quite a subby kinda way….

But, that aside – whilst looking for something else entirely (as one does) I came across this site, and immediately thought of my dear friends Abel & Haron.

Just checked the TV at 10 pm. At least 50% of all channels– more if you don’t count sports channels– are playing various portions of the wedding, reliving Charles and Diana’s wedding, or talking about Prince Philip and the Queen. I reckon I just took in 3 hours of crap in 60 seconds. TV is off now…

Hadn’t realised street parties were such fun playing Heads or Tails ? and watching all those who went for their own or someone else’s bottoms ! Sorry to say ‘heads’ was a better bet if you wanted to win (or at least carry on playing)

I’ve only just had a chance to follow the link that Domino posted on this thread a few weeks back – and *OMG*! Well worth a browse if you’re interested in educational history…
