Birthday implements‏

A day in Dublin to celebrate my birthday recently resulted in the unexpected addition of two rather lovely new implements.

The first was a very thoughtful new paddle. Thoughtful for me, that is – perhaps less so for Emma Jane.

As with so many good toys, it actually originated in the kitchen department of a department store – which described it as an ‘XS Paddle Board’. Extra small? It’s 35 cm long, 13 cm wide and 2 cm thick, and weighs 300 grammes. Given those dimensions, I’d  love to see their ‘XH’ (as in the Lochgelly tawse classification for eXtra Heavy).

So EJ duly took my birthday spanking, very galantly: starting over my knee for a hand spanking – the first ten over jeans, the next ten over knickers and the next ten on the bare. The balance was then administered with the Paddle Board, with her bending over the edge of the bed…

Later, just before checking out, I discovered a fabulous clothes brush in the wardrobe:

My young lady confessed that she’d noticed it on arrival but had ‘forgotten’ to mention it to me. That clearly had to be dealt with… and then the item just happened to fall into my suitcase as we left…!

    Hi
Shame on you for making off with the clothes brush and depriving the next guest of a splendid implement.

EJ should deal with you for the theft.

    Alias – guilty as charged!

Michael – that is *so* not going to happen!

I’m tempted to say something about stealing and spanking. But I am afraid that you might abuse EJ as your whipping girl, so… 😉

Kaelah – honestly, it was something of a moral dilemma! But the hotel in question was so expensive for what it was that I felt a little less guilty…!

If I remember well you showed us some time ago a few beautiful pieces you happened to come upon in different hotels but you were generous and didn’t steal them. Very nice of you!
This one is more run-of-the-mill, thus lessening the guilt.
BTW, what’s the use of this paddle in the kitchen?

Abel would you agree the recent portrait of Kate the Duchess of Canterbury that has been displayed in the National Portrait gallery, should have shown her voluptous spanked bare bottom, when nude photo’s were shown of her.

OMG! The clothes brush…. memories of the family one that used to hang by the mirror in the hallstand in our Drumcondra Road house while we were being brought up!
    Yowch!

Macy – surely the makers must have realised its dual potential?

    Sixofthebest – no!

Mary – so are clothes brushes a Dublin tradition, then?!
