We’re feeling just a tad proud of ourselves this morning. See, we started posting here on Spanking Writers back in March 2006, and a quick calculation revealed that today is our thousandth day of posting here.
One post a day, sometimes more, for 1,000 days. Wow. Have we really come up with so many different spanking-related ideas? It seems like we have.
Thanks for all of your support thus far: it’s been wonderful to make so many friends, online and in real-life, as a result of our musings.
Next stop, 10,000. But that celebration will be some time off.
It’s not that far off, it’s just after Christmas. Oh wait, no, that’ll be how many years old Abel is, not days of the blog… Oopsy
And congratulations on having a blog that matches you: rickety and ancient. Hehehe.
But really, I love this blog almost as much as I love you two, so I am heaps happy it’s around. Like I said, reading it is the best thing I ever did.
Can we have a party now? With fireworks and whatnot? I was only ten last time there was a millennium, see, and it’s a bit unfair…

Congrats, both of you! As has been mentioned already, obviously this great occasion needs to be properly observed and celebrated … and I’m sure Abel needs no more hint than that…!
Well, I too read the blog before I met you both; and as Smudge says, I’m so glad I did (the meeting you bit, that is; not necessarily the blog-reading first!) But 1000 posts surely is an important milestone… obviously I’m sorry not to be there myself, but I’m sure Haron will cope!

Boooorrrriiiiinnnggg, that’s only what, 15 spanks. I think my plan was much better – it doesn’t have to be all in one go, you know!
I wonder how long a 1000 smacks spanking would be…it would take quite a lot of time…assuming normal speed, eek, I’m lost, but probably more than 10 minutes. Ouch!
Still, I’m not sure what would suffer more, Haron’s bum or Abel’s hand (or should I say elbow? 😉 )
This is the first blog I look at most mornings, so it would be rude not to say add an extra one for me 😉
