This is both hilarious and hot: a form letter teachers can print out and make the student take home. It goes:
Dear Mom and Dad,
Unfortunately, I left my expensive text book in the classroom yesterday rather than securing it safely in my locker after class. My teacher, , found my book and was concerned it would become permanently lost.
and so on, and blah-blah-blah, until:
Please sign this document. I will return it to the teacher tomorrow. If I continue to leave my book unattended, my teacher would like to meet with me and you to figure out a plan.
Awww. It’s so cute. If I were playing a teacher, instead of printing the thing out, I would make the student copy it out in their best hand – probably several times, until there were no mistakes. And “the plan” in question would probably be supported with a slipper whack or two.
Conversely, if I were playing the student, I would hope that my parents had something to say about the letter when they got it. Something very stern, I think.
I think a spank per £ or $ that the book cost would be appropriate!
Ooh, I do like this little scenario, but only as a bottom. Too many horrible experiences with learning cursive in 3rd grade to do the same to the student!
