There seems to be quite a common fantasy of being spanked while somebody supervises you doing a task. Either they pause you in the middle of the task, when they notice you’ve done something wrong, or they deliver occasional smacks as you go.
It’s occurred to me today, while I was doing some washing up, that I would actually hate being spanked while I’m busy concentrating on something. It would just annoy the hell out of me. Even if the task isn’t something that requires a lot of concentration, I don’t think I’d like to be distracted.

Yes, that would drive me nuts as well. On the other hand, I have done days where I would do chores and be spanked every hour on the hour. That did work for me.
Interrupt me whilst I am deep into work I enjoy and there is a risk I’ll hit back. Whack me into a rhythm whilst I am meandering over an unpopular task and I might find it helpful
Yes, that would be an annoyance. I get deeply involved in my work.
It might help to be told I’d get a spanking when I finished, especially if it were to come at a certain time…as long as I wasn’t involved in something important that demanded my attention because, obviously, work would suffer.
And that, of course, would make the spanking much, much worse!
